Brandice has just recently joined the Barrydowne team. Her dedication and skills make her a valuable asset in all areas of the clinic. She spent most of her childhood helping out around her parents’ hobby farm and was always the first one to help a stray animal. There was no job she wouldn’t tackle and jumped in at every opportunity to lend a hand.
Brandice was born in Sudbury but then moved to the Owen Sound area. In 2010 she completed (with honours) the Veterinary Office Administration course from the University of Guelph and decided to pursue a career as a Veterinary Technician. She graduated from St. Clair College in 2012 and worked in a variety of small and large animal clinics before heading back north to Sudbury.
She shares her spare time with her fiance and high school sweetheart planning their dream wedding next summer. Her four legged family consists of 2 dogs named Moxie and Lexi. Moxie is a 7 year old Cocker Spaniel mix that she met in her second year of the Veterinary Technician program and it was love at first sight! Lexi is a 3 year old Bernese Mountain dog that came in for a visit and left a permanent member of the family.
